Jim’s passion and goal is to restore each client to their optimal functional level. Providing individual conditioning programs that are specific to each client, based on their unique needs is key. Jim has over 30 years of experience in the area of sports medicine and rehabilitation as well as sports performance.

Taylor Miller, M.S., B.S., CSCS

Director of Sports Performance

Coach Taylor is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Taylor’s passion for strength and conditioning began from a young age as she was always heavily involved in sports. Being a former athlete, she began to fall in love with strength and conditioning. Taylor’s training philosophy is based on building both strong and resilient athletes, physically and mentally. Taylor places a strong emphasis on strength development, speed and agility, mobility, and injury resiliency to build the athletic confidence to excel in the athletes sport.
