Jim’s passion and goal is to restore each client to their optimal functional level. Providing individual conditioning programs that are specific to each client, based on their unique needs is key. Jim has over 30 years of experience in the area of sports medicine and rehabilitation as well as sports performance.
Matt Becker, M.S., B.S.
Performance Coach
Coach Matt holds a Master’s in Kinesiology from McDaniel College and a B.S. in Exercise Science (Strength & Conditioning concentration, Nutrition minor). A former collegiate football and track & field athlete, he blends real-world playing experience with evidence-based training, and is currently pursuing his CSCS.
Matt specializes in strength and power development with an emphasis on speed, agility, mobility, and injury prevention. With deep experience in powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting, he designs individualized programs that meet athletes where they are—helping them build a strong foundation, move efficiently, and perform at their best.
