Monthly Training Packages

Performance Screen

A thorough understanding of how you move, leading to the development of a specific program tailored to your specific needs.

Maintenance Package

For those to looking to maintain strength or are tight on time.

  • Train 2x/ week on your schedule
  • Customized Plan with Progressions

Performance Package

A standard strength & conditioning weekly split, with one day of lower body, one day of upper body & one day of total body training integrated with teaching standard Olympic lifting technique & plyometric progressions seen at the High school Varsity level.

  • Train 3x/ week on your schedule
  • Customized Plan with Progressions

Elite Performance Package

The optimal strength & conditioning weekly split with 2 days of lower & total body training and 2 days of upper body training, integrated with advanced olympic lifting technique & plyometric progressions seen at the Collegiate level.

Speed & Agility Training

$50/session

Join us for Speed and Agility group clinics throughout the year. Click ‘Get Started’ below to be notified when our next clinic is scheduled.

Speed and Agility clinics are available as drop in classes or can be added to monthly packages.

Golf Training

TPI Screen – $200

Swing Analysis – $150

TPI Screen + Swing Analysis – $300 ($50 discount)

Full Runners Screen

$250

Includes runner readiness screen, running analysis & coaching. This analysis provides in-depth insights into your running mechanics, helping enhance efficiency, reduce injury risk, and elevate performance. Running analysis only available for $150.

Performance Screens

Functional Capacity Screen (FCS) – $125. FCS is a way to test performance and will highlight areas that are hindering your maximum potential.

Functional Movement Screen (FMS) – $125. FMS screen will identify strength and weaknesses in athlete’s movement.
